As others stated, if you want a refund it shouldn't be a problem, but I'd give them a chance to get it right unless you just want out. I'm sure they'll figure it out.

I haven't received an email as of yet. If the razor shaves as good as the Occam's Nano then I will be pleased. I am going to hang touch and see what happens.
