I got my tin of Bay Rum from Mike's today..it smells great. I'd still place Krampert's Finest as my favorite smelling Bay Rum.

That doesn't diminish what you felt though. Natural materials can be very powerful and not everyone reacts predictably to them. I'm sorry for the reaction that it had with your body. It won't make you feel any better about it, but most folks have no reaction at all.

I do appreciate the feedback so that I can stay on top of things.

Thanks for your response! Yeah, I wasn't knocking your product at all. I loved the scent. I bought it in the first place, because of how many people raved about it on the interweb.

I seem to have reactions to some things. It doesn't seem to follow much of a pattern, but I don't blame the product. It's just the way I'm made I suppose.

I'll have to do a comparison when I get home.

As mentioned, I love Bay Rum scented things too. Tried a new one today: Crown King Navy Goat Lavender Bay. I like resinous lavender scents that tend to the camphorous side. This leads with that and closes with Bay. Nicely done, solid performance too. Overall winner.

After receiving my order from Michelle, I'll have to add Mystic Water Bay Rum to my favorite BR list. A very intriguing and nice scent.

I might have to give that one a try, I like both those scents - much prefer the darker, resinous lavender to the flowery air freshener variety.

Yeah, I like the Mystic Water Bay Rum too, its like a Sunday go to meeting bay rum, a little more refined. Have you tried LASS Santa Monica Bay Rum? Its a nice twist on nay rum as well.

Marko Unfortunately, I'm allergic to LASS soaps, I don't know why, but I break in hives when I use it. It sucks because I love the scent of Bespoke.
