I love that chicken tenders come out moist but cooked through.  I made some today for dinner just putting the tenderloins in a bowl with lemon juice and olive oil to coat.  Then I mixed berebere seasoning, a bit of garlic powder, a touch of salt, and a bit of pepper in a bag, shook the tenders in the seasoning bag and then into the air fryer.  I didn't want breading and the air fryer makes it easy to avoid that if you don't want it.

The AF makes the best fries. You can really taste the potato. I air fried 4 Iowa potatoes at 400F/30min. They were pre-seasoned with kosher salt and pepper. 1 TBS of safflower oil. Halfway I started pan frying the meat patties so when the fries were done I transferred the patties to the air fryer for an additional 5 minutes at 385F. Needless to say the plate came back empty.

I did a basic ribeye in the AF last night and I was underwhelmed. I followed the instructions to start, then on flipping it over decided to jack up the temp' so that I could get some charring. It was cooked but didn't have the color I wanted and color is flavor. What I did get alot of was smoke. I had to open windows and suck the smoke out. I can do a better job with either sous vide and a torch, the grill, or a hot pan.

While the steak was resting I put some broccoli in the AF and that turned out good. I just need to tweak the recipe a bit for our AFer.

BTW, I'm not posting recipes 'cause all of this is online, So many recipes! Just pick one.

I'm thinking winglets will be on the list soon. I'm betting they will come out great.

ShadowsDad I agree, there are tons of recipes online but I've had to adjust the timing and temp for my AF. I haven't done a steak yet in the AF but mostly pork, chicken, turkey and meat patties. Thanks for the update.

Has anyone tried doing fish in the air fryer? I found several recipes on-line but was wondering if they come out ok with no breading

So far I have only done breaded fish as I'm not a big fan of regular seasoned white fish except Tilapia. I'll have to try fresh tuna next time when I get some.
