It definitely flakes the non stick used in many of the Air Fryers which is mostly Teflon. I've seen many pictures and complaints on Amazon from users who have no clue and blame the product.  If you're gonna use PAM use it on SS, Carbon.... Anything but a non-stick pan.

“The use of cooking sprays is not recommended for use on non-stick cookware as cooking sprays burn at lower temperatures and will damage the non-stick coating of your product.
Using cooking spray (PAM is the most popular) is a surefire way to ruin your skillet’s nonstick coating. These products—essentially cooking oil in a can—are meant to make your pan’s surface nicely lubricated, but the problem is that oil isn’t the only ingredient. Cooking sprays also contain lecithin, which is an emulsifier, dimethyl silicone, which is an anti-foaming agent, and a propellant such as propane or butane."
Okay I appreciate the information about cooking sprays. I sure didn't realize that.
So the use of a little bit of oil is fine you just need to baste it or find some other type of spray method that's not the the one in the aerosol can, is this correct?
If I'm straight on that does anybody know a sprayer you can use oil in? I've tried and inexpensive squeeze the trigger type with no luck.

You have 3 options. You can either buy a manual spray bottle made for oil. However they don't last long and many complain from clogging to spraying being inconsistent. One of the better ones are from Evo. Your second option is to buy a non-propellant oil spray. I like to use avocado oil as it's pretty neutral in taste and it can take high temperatures. This is what I buy at Walmart. I also buy the same oil in a bottle. There's also olive oil if you prefer. Third option is to use a silicon basting brush. For all my food preparations I use the brush or mix by hand in a bowl or dish. For spraying a cooking pan or inside of my air fryer I use the avocado spray or just use the brush.

WILCO. It'll take time to figure it out but I'll definitely get back. Maybe with a short review.

I have a restaurant quality bigger oven (Blue Star), but I find that I used the much smaller T/B lots more than I use the bigger oven. Less heat, easier to clean, etc'. Yeah, fingers crossed on this one. It'll see lots of use.

Eggs done in an air fryer were totally off my radar. How were they? I wonder if they could be cooked right on the plate?

FWIW, the Cuisinart toaster/broiler/air fryer came in today. I had time to find out where the temp' settings actually ran. The knob is infinitely adjustable so it was as close as I could get by eye. With all the variables it was close enough.

They were delicious. This is the third time I made them. You can easily target the consistency if you like them more runny or well done. You can do eggs over easy or sunny side up. There's little this air fryer can't handle except vacuum and do the dishes. Yes, I preheat the AF and when ready I just remove the main tray/basket and crack open my eggs on the flat bottom. I did spray a thin layer of avocado oil on the bottom. You could easily use butter which I did last time.

Glad to hear you received your Cuisinart. Enjoy!
