It is Friday and has been less then 24 hours. I wouldn't be concerned yet.

Most business won't reply on the weekend, so I'd give them until about Tuesday before emailing again. But that's just me.

You know, I've seen that coupon offer reappear when visiting the site again. Once you enter your email they send you the coupon code as well as show it right then. I assume it associates with that email. I used the 10% off on my order, which was nice.

With my 7 day in a row shaving evaluation with the OneBlade at an end, I can say, for sure, that it is my new daily driver. I'll keep my Merkur 39c as a "once/week" razor, to maintain skills, but the OneBlade superbly fills my wet shaving needs based on my lifestyle and work schedule.

I know other users are not keen on it due to it being basically fool proof, but that is exactly why I'm making it my daily driver. As mentioned in a previous post, it helps me get out the door quicker and with less irritation which is what is more important to my daily shave than practicing an art. I'll practice the art on my off days with my 39c.

The beauty is that we have an infinite array of choices to suit our individual needs, and the OneBlade is a fine piece of machinery of which I was very skeptical, but am now a believer.

I'm still not a 300 dollar believer, but I feel very good about the 180 that I paid. Smile

For what it's worth, I'm now recommending the OneBlade to friends, coworkers ... anyone who I think would appreciate it (and be willing to pay the upfront cost for it). If I think someone would benefit from wet shaving and they just want the "best experience" and be done with it, I'm now going to start with the OneBlade. Getting a great shave with very little trouble makes the best case for ditching carts and electrics.

And I'll almost certainly be keeping mine, too, and making it part of a rotation of "weekday razors."

I still value the skill that goes into using other razors: that's a big part of the fun and satisfaction of shaving as a hobby. I think a lot of my consternation about how the OneBlade fit in is that I got it just a week after receiving the Mongoose, which I'd only started to get to know, and honestly, I think I'd overwhelmed myself in all my eagerness. Plus now I'm trying out the Feather SS straight razors... typical me: diving in full-force and kind of overdoing it. Smile

if you're wanting to really maximize the OneBlade shaves, try a despined GEM blade like SharpSpine has done with his. they routinely give people 20+ shaves per blade without any real problems and they're much cheaper than the feathers.
