For a first order, you have hit it out of the park! I had to try a few gaps before finding
the right wolfman...bloody expensive, but fun. 1.35 is my baseline gap.
TLDR: WolfmanTi handle + SS WR2 Head = Match made in heaven
Just for giggles, I threw a WRH7 XL titanium handle on a WR2 SS head.
The head is 33 gm, the Ti handle about 35gm.
This altered the balance somewhat....creating a more head-leaning razor.
As I shaved I noticed I was applying less pressure, allowing the head to do
the work instead, which led to a more comfortable experience.
Amazing, the shit you discover while shaving...LOL.

These are about the same weight as the Wolfman Titanium, within a couple of grams, yep.

Fair bit of difference.
When I measured my 90 mm I believe there was like two grams of difference between the hollow SS and the same thing in titanium. Seems like you're extra large titanium is lighter than my 90 mm titanium or pretty close to the same, hmm.
Is your titanium Hollow?
That is interesting. My WRH7/3 XL SS weighs 59.3 gr. The standard 90mm WRH7/3 Ti weighs 43.7 gr. Still way above the 35 gr you mention unless you do have a hollow one. There might be a few grams difference between the 7/3 or standard 7 model but not 8.7 grams in Ti.
"Simple: not to be confused with easy."
When I was choosing my handle, I had to think hard about whether to get hollow or not. After a lot of reading I saw that more people said WRH2 solid was better than the hollow so I went with that. No real regrets, but would like to check out a hollow handle eventually just to see what the difference is.

Ohhh...my little experiment was with the XL version of WRH7. (both SS and Ti)
I don't think he does hollow Ti...the Ti balance is amazing as it is...15gm head (WR2) and 35gm handle (in my case).
