Wickham 1912 soaps

The vegetal base of the English producer Wickham Soap Company is a winner.
A simple and effective formulation, with an intelligent ingredient list (INCI):
Potassium Stearate, Aqua, Sodium Cocoate, Sodium Cocoa Butterate, Sodium Palmate,
Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Sodium Avocadate, Parfum, White Kaolin, Allantoin, Glycerine.

Excellent from all points of view.
Even considering the average price.
Lower than the value it expresses.

Good mechanical characteristics.
Good conditioning characteristics.
Good packaging.

What is excellent is the fragrance.
I've tried several in recent years, and all of them are excellent.
This "Buddha Wood" however is remarkable!

The olfactory pyramid is this.
Top Notes: Otto (attar) of Bulgarian Damask Rose
Heart Notes: Sandalwood, Amber, Ginger
Base Notes: Buddha Wood, Oud.

The fragrance is rich, enveloping, sweet but dry.
Caressing but masculine, it is absolutely intoxicating.
All thanks to the Oud, but above all to the Buddha Wood (Eremophila Mitchelli).
An unusual but well-orchestrated note, which fully resets the chord.

Club Cola - Amazing and strong scent!
Citrus Musk - Not my kind of scent but med scent and same great performance
Parma Violet - I traded for this one so the scent was weak, I'm thinking it was an old soap but performance is great

This is the first vegan soap I'd put at the same level as some of the higher end tallow soaps

I agree. I have most of them.  They are excellent.

For the new realise of Apricus 2023, I've searched about the formulas.
This one, as the other for TGGR (Berry Fields O' Blair, Buddha Wood and May Chang), has a twisted base.
