Just finished a tub of Eufros Jabonman Mediterraneo….
One of the best bases…and a fantastic, well-blended scent.
Next tub is already making its way in from the bullpen…..

Yes, I've finished about 20 of them so far. It's taken about 8 years though lol.

Tonight I used up the last crumb of CRSW Select Citrus that's been rattling around in the tin.
It came to me as a nearly full tin in a generous PIFF parcel a few years ago. (July 2020)
I've decided I quite like the the base, but something in the scent ingredients gave me a teeny bit of irritation. I get that with lime-scented products too, except for Col. Conk Lime.



prep - shower with Caprina Fresh Goat’s Milk with Shea Butter bar soap
razor - Gillette Slim Adjustable L4
blade - Derby Extra (12 and done)
brush - badgerized Rubberset
soap - CRSW Select Citrus
post - warm water rinse, DSA “Pure & Natural” alum, cold water rinse
aftershave - Reuzel (original formula)
music - Spotify "Discover Weekly" playlist

EDIT - CRSW seems to have disappeared in 2021 or so. Quel dommage.

I miss Cold River Soap Works

Just finished my first jar of Grooming Dept Pre-Shave.

It was an interesting test series of shaves, alternating shaves with and without it, employing a variety of soaps, blades and razors.

Conclusion? This product is now as indispensable to my shaves as water!

Stirling Sheep unscented. Probably the best unscented soap around IMO.
