TNNSER 3D printed SE razor

I've made multiple inquiries of people who know people with access to 3D printing, and have thus far been unsuccessful in finding someone to make me one of these. I'd really like a clear resin version (like the one the guy at ATG forums produced).

I have printed one myself on a cheap Creality ender 2 3d and had two printed by shapeways. Shapeways did a great job on the prints, not too much work until they were shave ready.

Just do not get them printed in stainless steel, it does not fit.

Download the .stl files. Go to Shapeways. In the top navigation bar there is a link that says something like "make" or "start making". That will open a drop-down which has a link for uploading your file. Upload a file. The software will take a second to analyze the model. You'll then have a choice of materials. The one you probably want is called "fine detail plastic". You can also choose to bump it up a notch by selecting the option for smoothest possible. Rinse and repeat for all the files you need.

Had one generously loaned to me and thought I'd post my thoughts here. Little bugger surprised me how good it shaved at least for me.
I must have REALLY been enjoying the shave and chasing the dolphins as I was channeling my inner GearNoir apparently and ran a 20+ minute video up while recording. I actually believe I was lost in thought as to how amazed I was by this razor. The soap was amazing scent and performance as well as the splash. This was just one of those shaves that everything just clicks and feels so right and good. I knew I wanted one of these razors just for the cool factor but after the shave I NEED 1 or 2 because it gives me an amazing shave with a Gem blade. Before this the G Bar was the only Gem razor that I could use and be comfortable with. This was even more comfortable for me at least. The head is bulky and it is light (18 grams with a blade installed) as it is just plastic but a GREAT shaver. Can't wait to see how the closeness of the shave lasts and to shave with it again tomorrow. Video was focused on anther forum so didn't want to post here and break any rules. I submitted the files to the online 3D printing service Shane linked above, and followed instructions. I'm pretty sure I did it correctly, and selected the optimal material and smooth finish. Cost before shipping was ~$73.00USD. I was actually fine with that......except for the fact I am not a handy person. I know the instructions page stresses how finishing work would be required, and I'm not sure I have the skills/tools to undertake it. Add-in all the personal & work travel I have coming starting this week....I'll need to hang back on this, unfortunately.

Yep, more expensive than I thought it would be, but for a one-off.....maybe I should have expected it.  I'm pretty sure the transparent razors from the group buy at ATG were sold to participants for something around $50USD shipped and those were finished products, I believe.

This is where I am as well. I haven't had a Gem-style razor call out to me despite trying several. But ACs on the other hand....

I think something went amiss. I just quoted it out. Costs are showing $10.91 for the base plate, $10 for the top cap, and $22.91 for the handle. Before tax and shipping my total is $43.82. This is with the smoothest possible finish on the fine detail plastic. Side note: This material will require no work. It's exceptionally smooth so you don't have to worry about that, assuming the model fits together well. This material is not what you think of when you think of 3d printing. It's more similar to an injection-molded plastic. The finishing instructions apply to desktop printers.

This means the head is about $21. Obviously the handle is the big cost at $22. This material is overkill for a handle because smoothness and print accuracy don't really matter here. So we have a couple options. The first is to use whatever handle you have lying around at home and not use the TNNSER handle. The second option is to use a cheaper material. Using what Shapeways calls "versatile plastic" (this is what you think of when you think of 3d prints) we get prices from $8.38 for white to $11.88 for cool colors. This material is like what they show in the TNNSR photos. This brings the total cost of the best material head with the cheaper handle to $29.29 - $32.79, depending on handle color. Shipping and taxes take it to around $40. The head by itself comes to $30.27 with taxes and shipping.
