I'd put in a complaint with paypal and ask that your money be returned if you can't work it out with the seller.

I'd agree...PayPal is usually buyer friendly for this type of issue. You can start the Dispute process, and it'll sometimes kick start the seller to respond, or offer a partial or full refund. After a few days, if no response, you can escalate it.

I was burnt this way by a seller using specific camera angles to hide lots head scratches on a SE razor marked as NOS. This plus lots of edge wear, to the point of the nickel being worn to the brass....not as described/photographed.

Not cool when sellers do this. Always use PayPal goods and services option, it's worth the 2.7% + per transaction fee for this reason alone.

The seller agreed to accept the return and I shipped it back. The return is completed 2days ago and got no refund or reply. So I escalated paypal claim.

Just to clarify, you did send it back with tracking? ('The return is completed 2days ago ...') If not Paypal will take the word of the seller as not having received it & will not process the refund (learnt that from experience).
