I'd agree...PayPal is usually buyer friendly for this type of issue. You can start the Dispute process, and it'll sometimes kick start the seller to respond, or offer a partial or full refund. After a few days, if no response, you can escalate it.
I was burnt this way by a seller using specific camera angles to hide lots head scratches on a SE razor marked as NOS. This plus lots of edge wear, to the point of the nickel being worn to the brass....not as described/photographed.
Not cool when sellers do this. Always use PayPal goods and services option, it's worth the 2.7% + per transaction fee for this reason alone.

Just to clarify, you did send it back with tracking? ('The return is completed 2days ago ...') If not Paypal will take the word of the seller as not having received it & will not process the refund (learnt that from experience).
