Hmm, it's hard to pick just one. For smoothness, I really like the Bluebird Hi-stainless blades. They are a little hard to find.

My second place is a tie between Polsilver SI and Shark Chromes. All three blades are great for my skin.

In SE ac format: I prefer the Schick Proline P -30 blades followed closely by the Feather Professionals.

In my limited experience, it depends on the razor, but comes down to either GSB or PolSilver SI.

The Schick Adjustable Super Chromium BAND Blade

will, I am sure, far outperform and outlast all disposable blades.

5, 6 or ten edges but uses only one edge at a time.

At the risk of making a fool of myself, at which I am quite proficient,
Tomorrow I will start a marathon with a new blade and use only one edge of it until it dies.
I think I will get 20 or more good shaves.

Could you post pictures? I don't know what this razor looks like. Thanks

Does that cartridge allow you to click / rotate between 5 separate blades?

Marko,

Once you move on to the next blade there is no going back.
The blades remain part of the band which is one long strip of stainless steel.

These razors and blades are not rare but are certainly not plentiful on Ebay.

Chronological lists of Schick razors that I have found on the internet never list them for some reason.

I wonder if sometimes a new article proves to be too good and durable to give the manufacturer a satisfactory profit and is, therefore, withdrawn.
Didn't King Gillette make his fortune from the sale of blades, not razors?

Indeed. So its a loop like a bandsaw blade with 5 stops along the way presenting a fresh edge? Ingenious, It could have been much bigger than 5 blades but I suppose size and weight would enter into the equation at some point.
