First time using my new Schick bakelite injector. Having used a Schick Dial Adjustable I would say the aggression level would be top of the dial for this razor. For me that's pitched just right. Although the amount of blade exposure looks scary, the shave was smooth, comfortable and close which delivered an easy BBS. Almost like cheating.

Today I tried using a plastic disposable bowl from a microwaveable Vietnamese Phu meal. The Phu was dreadful but I thought the bowl may come in handy as a travelling bowl. It's quite rigid and deep so performed ok but just too wide so the brush kept falling in flat. I won't bother using it again and I'll resort to my collapsible silicone dog bowl for travel. Its more conical shape allows the brush to stand nicely in the bowl and is just about indestructible.

I'm off to enjoy the Tabaciness of Friday, hope you do too.
