So How Is 'Don't Touch Your Face" Going For You ;-)

At various times after the shave I give my jawline, neck, cheeks a rub and see how smooth I got it, and how long it lasts. Usually don't think to wash my hands first ... but I haven't been out in 7 days. A difficult guideline for wet shavers to follow ... not touching the face

It is very difficult for me. I am at the point of realizing that I have touched my face - just after I touch it.

Maybe I'm foolish, but I don't worry about facerbating relative to the shave. I only do it with the back of my hand/fingers, and only with clean hands. I was home six consecutive days, I'm retired. Went to restock groceries today, and got enough to last a couple of more weeks.

I have seasonal allergies - not touching my runny nose or watery eyes is difficult. Wearing light sunglasses indoors does help the no contact - not the vision. Hands washed before and after shaving.

The only thing that touches my mouth contains alcohol, hoping to be ok

Once your hands are properly washed I don’t think that touching your face is an issue. Soap and water for 20 seconds or more and you’re good.

I think I'd be more concerned if other of you wanted to check out my shave. I shave post shower and after washing my 27 acre body with a quality artisan soap I believe I'm ready to perform surgery.
