As mentioned prior, I find xPec and Tabula Rasa to be extremely similar in both consistency and performance. Each delivering a quality shave.
I don't pick up orange blossom in xPec but definitely the earthiness of oakmoss and the fennel. I like but don't love the scent. TR I have Dark Lavender [another earthy scent with floral notes] and Olibanum [smokey rooted with cedar notes].
Another "cream" [I don't personally consider it a cream although it is branded as such] is iColoniali. Out o those mentioned it is both the best performer and also has the most pleasant scent IMHO. Sweet but not cloying with notes of citrus, vanilla yet rooted in a smoky note. The slight menthol is a great add and the mango oil makes for fantastic post shave.
