Shipment from Europe to USA:Anyone Received Anything from Europe Since Covid19 Began?

I received a Stork handle on Monday from Belarus. It only took about two weeks. I maybe just got lucky to receive it so quickly?

Thats great. Was it shipped usps or private carrier?

I ordered some wizamet blades from overseas in May and I am still waiting for them nearly three months later...

Same boat here - keep us posted when you get them. I am hoping it won’t go much further than 3 months.

FYI for those waiting on blades from Morocco:

I ordered Wizamet blades from Wizashave on 5/13.  They arrived today, August 1.

According to the tracking provided by Wizashave, they were mailed on June 3 and worked their way through the Moroccan postal service until it appears to have left Morocco on June 8.  There was radio silence until it arrived in Minnesota this morning at 3 a.m. and delivered to my house.

Good to hear. Thanks for the update. Mine shipped ~June 7 arrived at a USPS sorting center in NY yesterday. So looks like just under 2 months delivery time.

Good question, shipping was included and I didn’t pay extra. I still have the box but the writing on it is Greek to me. I was able to track it with USPS right away and they delivered.

You guys are fortunate, I ordered Wizamet blades from Wizashave on 5/2/20. I was told by Mohamed that it shipped on 5/28/20 and still have not received anything yet. The USPS tracking number says “USPS Tracking is unavailable for this product for Morocco”. Hopefully if it ever reaches a USPS ISC it will arrive here...

What shipping method of shipping did they send your handles from Russia?  I was quoted $35 for a faster shipping method from Russia (by Yazon87), versus his normal shipping fee.  Due to Covid19, he could not assure me that the extra postage would ensure a faster time.  My Razor Blades Club shipment from Germany took 4 weeks.  I figured that it could be months from Russia, even with paying a higher cost for shipping.  Yazon87 had to stop his Ebay account due to 50 lost orders, which also kind of spooked me.  Either things are improving or you got lucky!
