I ordered at Tatara from Portugal and it got here in less than a week so I definitely agree that in general the shipping times appear to be improving.

Question - anyone in US order a Homelike from Russia? Curious how it took to get to you. For me, it has been 2 weeks and the tracking says "released from Russia" for the last week. The air shipping option I chose cost ~$25 too. Thanks

I have a shipment from H&C and the way from the US to Denmark.
It was send April 21 from Waldorf, MD.
Since April 26, it is at JFK Airport, without any further action saying “Ready for international dispatch”.
Seens the problem is related to national Post Like USPS . Another parcel handled by UPS arrived withing 6 days.

Living on the edge

I do not blame him a bit.

That's really something! Expecting normal delivery during chaotic times and then getting upset.
I only order stuff locally or things I don't need urgently. I also held back on posting a few BSTs
since I know my items won't reach the buyers and could be subject to a Paypal dispute
that I am sure to lose.

Just sit tight and ride it out... no other choice.

I have a couple more orders coming from Russia that I am waiting for. I ordered some razor handles from Home Like Shaving and another one from Stork Razors. They have been released from Russia on April 29th and May 7. Nothing since then. Just being patient because I had 6 brushes that Srdjan sent to me from Australia on April 14th. I just got those Thursday, June 11th. That package took just under 2 months to get
to me so, yes, I have learned to have extreme patience when ordering product from overseas.

Posting Freak
The few things that I have ordered from USA to Canada have taken a long time and the packages have arrived in terrible condition.  Fortunately the contents haven't been damaged but I'm holding off on all but essentials and seriously, I'm so well stocked that I can't imagine what I might have to order.  I think that a lot of people are holding off so I have to think the drop in sales will cause problems for some vendors/artisans .

I bought Flat Bottom Tech on ebay from a seller in Spain on April 12th. I received it on June 9th. The tracking information that I was provided never updated once it left Spain.

Why would it if you didn't use UPS, Fedex or DHL? The Spanish mail does not "interface" with the US Mail.  Two different systems in two different countries on two different continents. Most UK sites will tell you that once Royal Mail leaves their country...........................you're on your own.
