My most prized shaving possession is my Weber Polished Head Razor with Bulldog handle. After trying several high end razors, this one hit the sweet spot for me. I get great shaves without even trying. Love love love this razor. Did I mention I love this razor?

Hey TSE!

Glad you informed me of this site! Looks like a great bunch of people and I look forward to participating. My favorite piece of gear is my EJ DE89. While simple, I think its classic design and its excellent quality make it much more than a "starter" razor as so many people claim it to be. It was given to me by a very close friend of mine along with a tub of TOBS Jermyn St. as my first set up ( I still have nightmares from my first bush, The Tweezerman). Anyways, thanks for this great contest, I wish everyone the best of luck and look forward to your new series of videos.

My favorite piece of equipment is my dads boar brush from an old spice kit my mom gave him years ago. And my micro touch just because its what started me on this great hobby. After that I love anything that I can get. I'm pretty easy to please lol. Anyways thanks Chris for this opportunity and all your videos.
Sorry I think I commented twice

Thanks for the opportunity! My favorite piece of equipment is my Omega 11574 Boar Brush. It isn't a super expensive brush, but now that it is broken in, it does a great job. It has some sentimental value as well because it was given to me as a gift from my good friend when I was his groomsman in his wedding.

Thanks again!

My favorite piece of gear is my Merkur 37C, I have a very coarse thick beard and the Merkur takes care of it very nicely.   My dad hinted around for me and my brother to start wet shaving but we never did.  After his passing I got thinking about it so I tried it, I enjoy it very much and wished I started before his passing.  But, I feel like this has brought me closer to my dad when I shave.  I use his aftershave occasionally (Skin Bracer and Aqua Velva) and I plan to do a "menthol month" in July for his birthday month.

Thank you TSE for everything you do, and thank you for your videos.

My favorite items are my Soap Commander soaps.  My family and I are leaving for a one to two year commitment to teach at a school in Paraguay in July.  I am new to wet shaving and have been trying to gather soaps that I can enjoy for the next two years since mail service is subpar on the best of days and I will make a minimal salary while there.   Each member of my family is allowed two bags (1 carry on and 1 checked bag) so space it at a premium and I will only take things that I love to use.  I ordered a Soap Commander soap and balm and loved them both, I was especially impressed that Darren sent a handwritten note with my order.  This is common practice for Darren and Carrie, but I am still impressed that they take the time to reach out to each of their customers.  I sent an e-mail to them about how much this gesture meant to me and to tell them that their products had a special place among the small bag of belongings I am able to take with me.  Almost immediately I received a reply back that was the most heartfelt and supportive I have read during this time.  My Soap Commander soaps are my favorite because as I use them while I am gone they will remind me of the wonderful people that we will leave back here in the States.  Two of those wonderful people are Darren and Carrie Seibert.

Thanks for recommending a new forum.  My favorite piece of gear is the F2 Fatboy shown below.  Not necessarily my best shaver, though it's up there too, but there's just something about it I really love.  I also won it in a PIF and it was cleaned up and customized for me for the price of shipping.

Hey there,
Thanks for the opportunity. My favorite shave gear at the moment is my Frank Shave Synthetic brush.  I have been wet shaving all my life but started out with foams, gels and bics or cartridge razors. Received a AOS gift set a few years ago and discovered using a badger brush to lather the cream.  I gave up for a while but got tired of the  expensive cartridges. I discovered DE shaving on the web one day.  You, Mantic, Busta, nick, and others have been a great help and resource for me and inspired me to make it a hobby as well and make some of my own vids also.
Since switching to a synthetic brush my lathering has been fantastic and I am really enjoying different soaps I'm trying with recommendations from the shave community.
I saw your video a while ago where you reviewed my Fank Shave brush and you were "frankly" unimpressed!  Lol.  I had a L'occiton plisson in my hand but didn't pull the trigger on the purchase which I am still regretting.  So I'm looking for a new synthetic to try as well as other soaps and razors.  Use a db89L and just don't know what to try next.  I'm a bit scared to try other razors.  I did look yours up but they were out of my price range.
Thanks again for all your help.  Please watch my videos and share with the community.  Let me know what you think.
