You may email them to let they know you couldn't find the receipt.
You may ask for a replacement part, if you can dissemble the razor.

Rockwell has a very good image for customer service. Ask for return authorization for replacement. Explain the situation. Rockwell can discern if manufacturing defect and new razor.

On the internet, common for current news articles to have used 3 year pictures. From an unknown source, photo may be suspect.
