I wouldn’t make any conclusions based on couple of links and data not proven. I would rather look into the excellent service and great products from RS and all the satisfied customers Avi had over that period of time. After all we discuss the business and closing of Raw Shaving here in this thread, not Avi’s past.

Avi has been a true gentleman to me. His customer service both with my original return and subsequent regret and repurchasing both the SS and Ti has been fabulous

In relation to the shaving community, he seemed to provide an expensive but excellent razor and provided excellent customer service. With respect to actual buyers, they seemed happy and with positive comments. With respect to non-buyers, negativity was somewhat common. I could be the unique non-buyer that respects the quality razor and owner.

Sounds like he could have been involved with one of the 9% Kickstarter failed projects. A failed high technology project does not imply intent to commit fraud.

I'm actually glad he closed shop, he represent many of the things that are wrong with our society these days. That's Karma at play.........

I don’t trust everything on the net. I rather do my own DD and when I don’t have sufficient data I refrain from making firm conclusions. I had nothing but great experience and service from Avi and I was not involved in any of his previous projects. Again, my point is we are discussing here Raw Shaving, not Avi’s past business or private life.

Well we’re all entitled to our own opinion. But at this point the only facts we know is they are closing. No one has said why (it’s their choice) but clarifying would end some debate and kill the rumors. So to judge someone based on hearsay isn’t how most civilized societies work for a reason. Let’s just agree that there’s a good reason cars have bumpers and pencils have erasers, we’re all human and sometimes things happen that are unplanned or by accident.

There was an email response from Avi that was posted on another forum by someone that inquired explaining he had differences with the principle financial backer and he has stepped away from Raw Shaving entirely and says the company will be dissolved immediately...
