With the sample set I looked up, it was second only to ATT. This isn't a case of you got a product, tried it on, it didn't fit, and you send it back. This is a personal care product. There could be blood on it and they probably cannot resell it. In virtually every other example, you use it,  you own it.

ATT does sell used baseplates, handles, caps at a reduced cost. Also Oneblade mentions selling you a reconditioned razor for $99 if you happen to damage yours and it is not covered under the warranty. I think we know what happens to the retuned razorsSmile.

True. Companies can and do give goodwill warranty repair, not sure about goodwill returns but I dont see why not

Yes, it also says if you break it (I presume like dropping it), for $90 you get a refurbished razor.
