I contacted Phil and he told me his system was down for hours yesterday and could not process order asap. I also ordered Pro Super blades off Amazon. Next week will be the big test.

Interesting, I got the order confirmation email and that I would be notified when it shipped but never got a notification yet. I think I may have ordered before you but maybe not. Just tried calling and the recording said better to contact through email so shot them and email inquiring. I wouldn't be so concerned except for the fact that they're sold out now LOL

I ordered at around 9:50 am EST yesterday. Phil says his system failed for 3 hours. I am sure your order was shipped. I know Phil a long time and he is very prompt when it comes to shipping (same day in most cases) Send him an email and he will send you the tracking.

Yep, I had already emailed him and just heard back. Getting shipped today. He got inundated with orders.

I ordered yesterday as well. I received the order and shipping confirmation with expected delivery on Friday 2/4/22. I ordered a pack of Proline blades along with the razor. I already have the Feather Pro and Feather Super blades.
