For the most part, I have continued tracking gear usage in 2019 with a spreadsheet.  I say "for the most part" because I recognized over the past 3-4 months that there were many more times where I had forgotten (or didn't have the time) to input my shave for a day and sometimes it was 2-3 days in a row.  I'm thinking about setting up a new spreadsheet for 2020 and eliminating several of the things I've been tracking.  Right now, I have about 20 different things that are entered each day.  Maybe I won't forget to input data if I can get it to less than 10.  On positive note, setting up a new spreadsheet gives me the opportunity to enter new formulas and start using a pivot table to its real "wet-shaving" potential Smile

So...having tracked most every shave, here is what was used most often:

AS Brand:  Chatillon Lux - 21% - absolutely no surprise here as I think I have around 23 of his scents

AS Scent:  Fince Green Vetiver - 3.5% - this one was a surprise.  I would've assumed CL Gratiot League Square would have been at the top

Blade: GSB - 39% - no surprise here, this one just seems to work in every razor I put it in and gives me great shaves

Brush Maker: Wild West Brushworks - 57% - no surprises here...i have 9 or 10 of Dererk's brushes

Brush: Wild West Brushworks - 10% - this was surprising until I started to think about it.  This brush has a 28 Timberwolf and I have discovered this past year how much I prefer a 28mm knot.  This brush is one of only two brushes in the den which have a 28mm knot and I'm not fond of the knot in the other brush.

Razor:  Rockwell 6S - 31% again, absolutely no surprise here.  This is my go-to daily driver and has been my #1 razor every year for the past three years

Soap Brand: Mystic Water - 14% - just like the 6S, MW comes in first for the third year in a row.  Although if the numbers were based on the past two months, Shannon's Soaps (14 uses) comes in first by a large margin.

Soap Scent: WSP Summer Breeze - 6.5% - Summer Breeze was the easy winner in this category.  I do love the soap but the main reason it came in #1 was due to the fact I used it as my travel soap.  Otherwise, there was a tie for 2nd place (3.5%) between B&M 42 and MW Lily of the Valley - two soaps that I was able to finish off this past year.

The spreadsheet also indicates I shaved 335 days in 2019.  What I found interesting is that only 4 of those "no-shave days" came in the first half of the year.

So what was your most used gear for 2019?

Razor = Blackbird
Soap = I only have one soap, now; Mystic Water
Blade = I only use one blade; Wizamet Iridium Super
Post-shave = always unrefined shea butter
I only use essential oils for my cologne/after shave, principally, a mixture of Bergamot/Vetiver

I have a fairly large collection of brushes, so I try to rotate amongst them.

The only item I used almost every day this year was my Moss Anniversary Slate scuttle. Brushes, razors, blades, soaps/creams, and aftershaves/colognes all get used on a rotating monthly schedule, pretty evenly.

RazoRock Plissoft (barber handle) 24" brush, almost every day.
Edwin Jagger DE89 head on WCS "Natural Collection" bamboo handle with a Gillette Silver Blue blade, about 2/3 of the time.
Thayer's Medicated witch hazel every day (but it's evidently been discontinued, so that sucks).

Too much variety in soaps & creams to tell. I've been on a cream kick recently, mostly Pacific Shaving in the orange scent.

Razor - Gibbs adjustable
Blades - Gillette Minora

Since I started tracking my shaves in February, brushes and soaps all get used evenly.
I had 1 "no shave" day and that was because we had no water that morning

Just out of curiosity, how many MW scents do you own?  Have you tried all of her shave scents?

Yes. I have tried all of her scents. I could easily keep over 15 if I so chose to, but I have limited my collection to 7-8 primary scents, and I'll hopefully dwindle that down to 5-6, at some point: Bay Rum, Bergamot/Cedar/Juniper, Vetiver/Oakmoss, Sandalwood Rose, Egyptian Dragon, Cedar/Sage, Poggio dei Pini, Sardinian Honey, (and Sensitive Skin).
Mind you, I could easily add a few more other scents that are quite lovely such as Sweet Briar which I greatly enjoy.  Smile

Razor: Blackbird SB
Brush: Grizzly Bay Torpedo/26mm TDR Fanchurian v3
Blade: Gillette Platinum
Soap: East Egg from B&M
Splash: EE again
Frag: this would be a 3 way tie between the East Egg EdP, Creed's VIW and John Varvatos.

I have a bunch of other stuff, but these seem to be my go to's.

I don't keep track of my shaves or the items used, but without a doubt these few items have been used the most:

razor: blackland blackbird sb
brush: razorock plissoft

I've been using a lot of the PAA doppelganger aftershaves in 2019
