I don’t know about razors because I rotate pretty evenly, but the rest is easy.
Brush: Plisson Synthetic
Pre shave oil: Shave Secret
Soap: Stirling Unscented Beeswax
AS: Alum, Bump Stopper, Cerave Unscented SPF30 face lotion

No way for me to know for sure, but I would guess these are my most used items/brands last year:
Brush: one made by a hobbyist on Reddit
Razor: Rockwell 6C
Blade: Polsilver SI
Soap: Mike's or B&M
Aftershave: Stirling or Chiseled Face

Educated guesses (no formal record keeping)

Soap Brand: Phoenix & Beau or Grooming Dept
Soap single scent: Soapy Science "lollipop citrus"
Post Shave: GFT Skinfood or Fitjar Islands

i have way too many soaps to think I used one more than another but this year I'd say Black Tie Razor Co. Took first.
Blades Polsilver will win that but a late comer Personna lab blue etched logo is gaining ground
Karve bronze D plate was the razor winner
Hands down brush goes to Teton Shaves
Raw Shea gets the nod everyday for post shave.

I don’t know about hardware, but I know I used Grooming Dept Mandarin Bay more than any other soap.

If I actually kept track of it the list would be totally random because I don't consistently use any one thing. Maybe synthetic brushes but that's it.

Here are the items I used most in 2019:

  1. Soap brand: Le Père Lucien (this year's offerings, fortified with Shea butter, have been excellent)
  2. Brush: PAA Solar Flare (love the size and the flow through of this inexpensive synthetic brush)
  3. Razor: Rockwell 6S (so heavy and still so gentle; works great with a variety of blades; indestructible)
  4. Blade: Polsilver Super Iridium (smooth, sharp, and long lasting)
  5. Aftershave: Cold River Soap Works Morning Ghost (bergamot & vetiver with some nice woody side notes)
  6. Fragrance: Serge Lutens Chergui (in Summer it smells like sweet hay, in Winter clove and amber step forward)

Easy for me:
Rockwell 6S (#4 daily; #6 if I happened to miss a couple days, rare occurrence)
GSB
Razorock BC Silvertip synth brush
various soaps/creams

By mid-summer, I was so aware of my near exclusive use of the 6S, that I have either PIF'ed or sold 8 razors since then. As of today, the only razors I own are the 6S, Merkur Progress (the first DE razor I bought 7 years ago) and my newly received Rex Ambassador

The trending leaders for me in 2019 wold be the continued dominance of the Rockwell 6s alternating with Feather and Polsilver SIs.  Grooming Dept products have pushed to the fore...the Preshave is now a daily use product as is the Rejuvenating serum and Grooming Dept soaps have clearly dominated the pack.  From a fragrance perspective, Murphy & McNeil  Magh Tured and its homage to Tom Ford Oud Wood has captivated me and its a regular in the lineup both soap and post shave as well as inspiring me to acquire the real thing - Tom Ford Oud Wood EDP.  I think we have a challenger to Bay Rum's long running dominance  Big Grin
