dtownvino, I'm thinking it should be version V4.  The only thing I see is the addition of Tetrasodium EDTA near the end of the ingredient list for V4 that's not included with V3.  I looked through The Shave Supply listings and Haunted Cabin, Wild Rose Country and Crowsnest Pass to name a few that were missing that ingredient.

How accurate are the retailer's listings?  Hopefully they're correct.

That's a Pasteur's exclusive I believe. Forget when it was released and I bought it.

I pre-ordered mine the day after last St. Patrick's Day. It was on it's way to me a few days later. I'm not sure how that correlates with V4 though.

BOTC Released April 5, 2023, according to the email from Pasteurs.

I don't know when the v4 released, but the ingredients on BOTC almost match the Ingredients is Bad Santa on their site. BS just released this past December. Only thing missing is that Tetrasodium EDTA Frank mentioned above. Odd, as BS is quite new. Maybe that ingredient was only needed specifically for BOTC?
