Maybe Im a bit late but yes I have the 1.6 in TI. Its a wonderful shaver. Efficient & smooth with a nice touch of bladefeel but not that much due its small exposure. Out of my collection - at this time - its my fav. Wr2 1.55 is a tad more efficient but the overall shave I like better with the Maurice. Ive also ordered a 1.4 OC Plate. Maybe I will order a 1.6 OC.

Is your 1.6 TI a smooth comb version?

Soapbar, I've not heard of that identification as razor plate before.

Oh I get it now, didn't realize English wasn't your first language.
I figured I was behind times and missing something in a base plate description.
I like the way those razors clamp the blade out toward the edge, nice pictures. Thanks for the information, I'd like to hear any updates as time goes forward
