Wow. I am stunned to hear that. I have had unfortunately slow communication with Chris, but he has made right at least by me. I am sorry that happened, there is no reason to not have made that right for you. That really upsets me as I do love the razors I own, but that sucks.
At some point I just moved on and wrote it off. It's just money but it's the principle of it. Integrity and honesty goes a long way in life. Karma eventually catches up.
Yeah, I understand. I wasn't an owner at my last job but I was in a position that sometimes required making decisions as to how to handle customer situations. If something was our fault, even if the problem wasn't directly us but with the item or the supplier, it still fell on us. I believed in doing what we had to as best we could at making the customer whole again. Even if it did affect our bottom line. Losing a few bucks now is way better than losing a potential lifetime/repeat customer. There is always the selfish aspect as well. I always thought long run more than short term. I also always thought on the end of being a customer. I'm a customer as well and have been on the other side.
