Here in the USA I had no problems with Karve quickly shipping my order, and receiving it sooner than expected. Sad that some orders are delayed, or lost, but that is the nature of international shipping half way around the world. It is understandable that the buyer would be angry, and the seller would want to wait and see if the order showed up. At least Karve is finally sending out another order to replace that which was lost.

I know several people that had issues getting their Karve order shipped in the US including me. Love their razors but I will not purchase another one unless it is readily available. Horrible customer service too.

Looks like the Stainless is readily available at RE with B, C, or D SB plate for under $160 right now!! That is, IMO, Karve telling his waiting list he has no respect for them at all... At this point you couldn't give me one of his razors as he has completely lost all respectability in this industry as far as I'm concerned!! Worst of the worst!!

What's stopping anyone on the waiting list now from buying one elsewhere?

About to give the stainless Karve it’s first go tomorrow. Still haven’t decided if I’m going to try the C or D plate first. Does anyone know if the stainless version is CNC milled stainless or is it a cast product? The website says solid 303 but I don’t know enough about metallurgy to know if that means it’s a milled product or not. Maybe I’m used to my Wolfman with solid handles but the Karve seems very light in the hand compared to those. Either way I’ll report back on how it goes.
