We do have passarounds just not as many. I'm part of one with the Carbon razor plus + and ++ plates.

Best of luck! Hopefully you'll be able to score one somewhere. Maybe if one goes up secondhand or if the international shipping is forgiving.

The reviewer was correct to compare the Nodachi and N075Al razors as achieving almost identical results with dramatically different blade feel

My opinion is "identical results" = "identical efficiency". One razor could be smoother, less irritation, wide sweet spot, more enjoyable, etc. I would view the comment "mild and efficient razor" as positive.
Edit: Assumes same number or passes

Good news, I've just been offered the loan of a N075Al... so I can run my own tests!

Hey Fed, if you get a chance, I’d be curious if a Charcoal goods top cap fits the baseplate and what the shave is like.

I know it’s not your highest priority, but I’m just curious.

Enjoy the shaves.

Sure, I can try a Charcoal Goods cap when it arrives. Any particular metal you had in mind?

I’d bet the copper looks sharp with the black baseplate but curious about whether any of mine would fit.

I have copper but it is the very first version, I'll have a go and see if it works.

Would suggest at a minimum consulting with the owner before mixing top caps on another’s razor and risking scratching of the BaseKote finish. Know I would be quite upset if somebody did that to my razor given in good faith....

Let me ask the owner to try first, I think he has CG caps maybe not copper.
