First dive into returning to non-Mach3 safety razors was a budget Qshave adjustable DE.
Very impressed with high value/low cost shaves on the straightaways (heavy beard, sensitive skin) but lips and chin areas are taking a bloody beating regardless of dial settings and techniques. Maybe it's my imagination or funky contours of my face, but the clunky thickness of the razor head seems to significantly restrict the maneuverability of the razor.
Awaiting availability of Blackland Era. Very few razor reviews seem to address the thinness of the head.
What say you? Thanks for any advice.
