I knew you were. I mean, none of us are crazed hoarders of shaving related supplies.

Good thing I'm not under oath. Shy

Oh sure, no worries. I just have been getting complaints directed towards me about this and wanted to just put it out there that I try to allow my collaboration partners to do things how they feel is best within reason and that I think it just was a bit of a perfect storm for all the other factors.

But yeah, I'm sure there are lessons to be learned, that's for sure!

I never understood the complaining aspect. Sure, there's plenty of stuff I would love to obtain but have missed out on (Bufflehead North York, I'm looking at you). But seriously. This is to remove hair. It's grooming. It should enhance your experience and maybe provide some enjoyment from a hobby perspective. There's also the supply vs demand equation, which is probably very difficult for an artisan to predict!

I know Marko was joking so this isn't directed at him, just saying in general!

I used the Colonia Balsamica Aftershave that I picked up at the St. Louis meet-up and I have to say the scent is fantastic!  However, I need to learn to use a bit less than I'm used to with a splash as I did get a bit of an oily feeling instead of it working its way into my skin.  I honestly didn't think I used that much but, obviously, less is more with this.

I'm not going to pretend there isn't a learning curve because there obviously is. Just use less and leave the face a little bit damp when you're done, then spend a little extra time massaging it in. Hopefully, that will help out.

Glad you're digging it so far, otherwise! Thanks!

Will do, Shawn. There has not been one of your products, sample or full size, that I have been disappointed in. Smile

Its nice to see you getting some well deserved love Shawn - your products are wonderful and by all accounts you're an excellent host when it comes to Meet Ups. Who knows, this post shave thing just might go somewhere Smile

I've been really enjoying Fourth & Pine - I love all of your scents but Fourth & Pine has quietly elbowed its way to the top of my CL list. So anybody out there who hasn't tried F&P I highly recommend it. And its got no pine in the scent. Just to be clear.
