Yes, and I have one more shave to go before cleaning everything up and getting it shipped to the next person.  I will post my review later this week as well.

Captainjonny ...I saw this pop up on the threads and realized I never followed up directly with your feedback. While we discontinued the Cx-Titan, we do plan to continue with our Carbon Fiber/Titanium handle design.

We recently introduced the Cx-Atlas as the next generation of the Cx-Titan(Interesting side note but in Greek mythology Atlas was considered a second generation Titan, born from the offspring of the first generation). I have attached a photo of that piece below(far left in the photo):

Differences to the Titan vs the Atlas include 1) We include our new "Web" plate on the Cx-Atlas which further reduces the weight and brings this Cx down to ~30 grams 2) In order to maintain the price, the Cx-Atlas does not have the Perlage pattern under the cap like the Titan, we did this to offset the higher machining cost on our "Web" plate.

The Carbon Fiber/Titanium handle has been well received, for those looking for lighter options. Based on that preference, we plan to expand this handle design to also include stainless Damascus(center photo) and 316L stainless steel(far right in the photo, currently not available). We haven't named this handle design but are leaning towards the "R3" designation.

This really allow some lighter option in different material, for comparison purposes, here are the weight of these Cx models with different material. These weights are for the whole razor(not just the handle), for comparison I have included the weight with an R2 handle in its corresponding material.

Cx-Atlas (Titanium/Carbon Fiber): ~30 grams vs 48grams if it had a solid R2 handle in Titanium
Cx-Vulcan (Stainless Damascus/Carbon Fiber): ~54 grams vs ~88 grams if it had a solid R2 handle in Damascus
Cx-316L (316L/Carbon Fiber): ~61 grams  vs 90 grams if it had a solid R2 handle in 316L.

We feel this design allows us to maintain the balance and weight with out making the handle shorter. As we head into 2021 we want to do more custom pieces and want to include these options for our customers depending on their preferences. This design also allows us to make custom lengths...

Thanks Captainjonny as always for your review, feedback and advice....really appreciate it.

If interested in this pass around, reply in this thread and tell us what state you reside in.

As with the usual DFS pass arounds, please keep the razor for a week and then pass it on to the next person on the list. Once you get time, share your thoughts on the razor, whether positive or negative. Please give the razor a quick bath in alcohol or something similar when you receive it and before sending it out.

**Please be courteous to Sean for sending us such an expensive razor kit to try and insure the package for $900 when shipping it to the next person on the list. This is mandatory. If you don't insure the package and we find out, you'll be barred from future pass arounds we put together on DFS.**

sorry guys, yes just responded to the PM. Just got home last night. Since I was able to try the regular Stainless Steel versions on that passaround, I can surely skip this one. Thanks again for the passaround!

That web plate is awesome.
