That depends how you define "efficiency".  It has some blade feel to it, but I've never felt like I was going to cut myself or that I have to be overly cautious while using it.  It is not as efficient as a Blackbird on a single pass, for instance, but I find the overall shave results after 3 passes to be closer than any other razor I've used, with no compromise in comfort.

I appreciate what you saying that does make sense. I guess I usually do check out the first pass like you see how much hair comes off.
For me I've got a couple of trouble spots that I seem to associate how good I get them with efficiency of a particular razor. This part is probably the end result after however many passes.
Sounds like it's pretty dead on for you that's terrific.
I really like seeing guys hit a home run with their shaving gear, as well as myself.

I too have a couple of trouble spots and use how a razor works on them as a measure of efficiency but I also like comfort and the Ti Vector checks all the boxes. It’s not a super blade feel razor that’ll lead to irritation

You know I was sitting there thinking about editing my last post.
And I guess the fewer strokes to get to the same shave as another razor it's one way I think of efficiency.
And what caught me about your comment was considering no irritation, yep!
   Nice thoughts and replies.

Yea we switched a few months back. Thanks!

OK, I'm not that behind the times  Confused If you'd said a couple of years ago that would have been really embarrassing.  I like the logo.  Is there a significance to the stag or is it just cool?

This explains it. I'd link, but the forum has a hard time recognizing FB links.

When discussing the aggressiveness or efficiency of an AC razor, it's really important to note which blade the user is talking about. A Kai Mild makes the Vector quite mild while a Feather ProSuper makes it aggressive in the ballpark of the Blackbird.

Sure of my choice would make a difference wouldn't it.
I contend the same could be said about DE razors and blade choices. I get a closer shave with a Feather DE also.
That's probably a valid point you made Shane.

True. It’s a matter of extent. DEs do vary a bit, but the differences are subtle. ACs can be wildly different with guarded blades or blades with increased blade exposure. If it were wine, DE variation is like merlot v cab sauv and AC variation can be more like merlot v Chardonnay. Or something like that.

8.5 hrs later and I still feel mostly BBS on mg face. I can tell this thing is going to be a game changer for me and my shaves.

You will not regret it. It’s one of 4 razors I could not even think about selling off. I recommend proline blades. good mix of comfort and efficiency.

That's good to hear after a cash drop like that.
I've got some proline and Feather super pro also I'll try.
