Barrister and Mann "Omnibus"

I just shaved with Barrister and Mann Leviathan Omnibus base -    I really like it.  Its a beautiful base, loads quickly and lathers beautifully rich and thick, shaves smooth and slick.  I don't know how Will can keep on setting the bar higher than he previously has but he does.  I said in my last post that it smelled slightly different than my Leviathan excelsior base and after lathering it I still think that but its not really "different" but a little brighter.  Like the leviathan has had its morning coffee and its eyes are staring at you wide open instead of half closed.

Received Seville and LGC omnibus soaps today. The soap is softer and scent is about the same level as the previous base.

The post shave is now same level as the top tier soaps. 3 hours after the shave and splash my face feels pillowy and soft. Slickness is still top tier. If you like a scent in the previous base it is worth the purchase in the new base in my opinion

Received my LGC omnibus and it's incredible. Best base I've tried out of many. The scent reminds me of making lime jello with my Mom as a kid. Highly recommend!!

Maggard's has the Fougère Gothique in the Omnibus base. I have some on the way.

LGC and Seville among favourite scents but it the edgy renditions unavailable elsewhere such as Fougere Imperiale and Beaudelaire. that pique my interest.

Beaudelaire is a beautiful scent. Unfortunately where I live it is very hot & humid usually with few opportunities to utilize it.    I still have part of a soap & AS sample from WCS. I would love to see this new base in Petrichor and Sunny Lane as well.

Do you think we might see a reappearance of Paganini’s Violin? It was limited and I missed it, but it sounded great. I noticed nothing but glowing remarks about that scent.

Paganini’s Violin will return next year in Omnibus, according to Will.

Mûir(e) Wood or
Atomic Holiday.
Maybe some have used 1 or both.
I like fruit, cedar type but not so much lime/lemon.
Not really into the dirt and fall leaves type, just for comparisons.
Any thoughts?

I used Atomic Holiday yesterday and really liked it.  Really well-done pineapple top.  The lime is subsidiary to the blend.  More fruit (pineapple) and less lime--no dirt and fall leaves at all.  I had used a sample of this before but could not get a read on the scent due to loss of my sense of smell.  But then I have never had much luck with samples.

The scent was created in honor of Enrico Fermi's incredible December 3, 1942 achievement-- "Fermi and his team did the seemingly impossible: they successfully tested the first man-made nuclear reactor."

B&M Atomic Holiday

This is a very addictively scented, limited edition, Barrister and Mann Omnibus soap.  For a while, I was missing my sense of smell, likely due to Covid, and could not sense much of the scent from a sample I had ordered.  I took a leap of faith and ordered a full set anyway.  I am very glad I did as this soap from the tub is wonderful.
