Excited to try the Asinus that just arrived. This base has always worked well for me from the first vegan donkey formula on. It’s my understanding this current Asinus has a few tweaks from the last release that I’m eager to try out. Thanks again Mohammad.

Asinus one of my favourite soaps of all time; a versatile year round performer whether hot muggy Southern Summers or cold dry Northern Winters

I'm inclined to agree to a point. I bought 3 tubs of Asinus from the last drop as backups. I think that the lamb-tallow/donkey milk formula is THE best of all the GD formulas (including Kairos). I prefer Citric (lamb tallow), but Asinus is ideal because you can just add a squirt of your cologne (of choice) to the lather to match your mood. Super flexible in that regard.

I was pleasantly surprised by Asinus when I used recently as part of a razor passaround.  I've used and own several GD soaps, so I expected good performance.  But the feel of this particular soap was lighter than I expected.  It's on my list for purchase when I get back to buying soaps.

I am sure like the Amare soap. It is very unique and slick.

Thank you Elvis Outlander  keto. I'm delighted you enjoy it.

I love the Amare scent Smile It was an interesting scent to work on for the past year. I originally was going to make it a limited edition release, but I decided against that idea. I want as many people to enjoy Grooming Dept soaps as possible. WCS order is en route.

I also have decided that I will never make another limited edition soap. It doesn't make sense. I want to be able to bring any scent back if there is interest.

I'm grateful for West Coast Shaving. They've ordered some super popular scents to bring back in the Kairos base.

Some of the earlier GD soap scents are phenomenal.   I am happy to hear we will be able to see them come back around again.  I would really enjoy seeing Naranja de Sangre in the Kairos base.

Hey Mo, which bases have you decided to stick with going forward? I know you wanted to simplify your offerings, but I'd hate to see pervious bases go away. Fortis for example is an excellent base, as is the Janus vegan!
Another question, would WCS carry bases that you won't be selling directly?

Great question Smile This will be the topic of the next mailing list message, which I'm sending out soon.
