I think that soap release was pretty smooth.

I thought it went very well and he made huge batches this time. People will probably buy more and more after they their tubs and try it.

Well then, that's great news. Thanks for the update.

This week I've used Aion (Nai formula) twice. The first time I load it for only 30 seconds and the lather looked a bit thin and barely enough for three passes; I have hard water and I know it could be a problem. Today I've loaded it for 45 seconds and put more attention in gradually adding water while (face) lathering. I was rewarded with an excellent lather, which I used for three passes + one rinse-only (no shave) final pass. The post-shave feeling is excellent: after seven hours, my skin is still super soft and moisturized!

Nai is phenomenal. Now all vegan

Thats great news.  I did manage to order everything I wanted directly but I was wondering if you were also going to be shipping your new pre/post shave products to Italian Barber and West Coast Shaving or if those will be a Grooming Dept exclusive?

I think we all appreciate your continuing dedication to your art - its one of the few positive things to focus on right now.  That and working out in my basement gym!!  Closures can't stop me!!
