Thats great news.  I did manage to order everything I wanted directly but I was wondering if you were also going to be shipping your new pre/post shave products to Italian Barber and West Coast Shaving or if those will be a Grooming Dept exclusive?

I think we all appreciate your continuing dedication to your art - its one of the few positive things to focus on right now.  That and working out in my basement gym!!  Closures can't stop me!!  Happy2

Marko Thank you for the kind words and your business!

West Coast Shaving and Italian Barber will get everything; I love sharing Smile

Italian Barber will also get an exclusive next month. It's called Unum (Kairos formula): Incense, Labdanum, Vanilla, Honey, Amber, Precious Woods, Myrrh, Atlas Cedarwood Absolute, Tonka Bean, Siam Benzoin, and Frankincense.
Wow that sounds amazing. I’ll have to try for that one for sure.
thanks

I see Kairos soap shipping is late to let the soap cure more. I'm good with waiting, so @ GroomingDept let mine cure out until you are pleased with it, I trust you, I'll wait.#4879 Keith

[font=Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif]Has anyone got the track number from the last sale? Does anyone know why such a delay? My story with Mo is not very pleasant. A little later I will talk about her. I wrote him a letter. I look forward to hearing from him.

Hi Polovez.  Google translates your post like this

......Has anyone got the track number from the last sale? Does anyone know why such a delay? My
......story with Mo is not very pleasant. A little later I will talk about her. I wrote him a letter. I look
......forward to hearing from him.

First of all, I apologize if I am misunderstanding your post, but I only know what Google translate tells me.  That said, my thoughts in the matter go like this:

I read your post shortly after reading a touching email from Shane of Blackland Razors.  Shane pointed out that not only did 3000 people die of COVID-19 within the last 24 hours, but they died alone, in hospitals, where their loved ones were forbidden to attend and comfort them.  None of that excuses Mohammed, whose schedule reliability sucks.  (Sorry Mo.)  Those of us that love him don't love him because he makes the trains run on time.  We love him, I think, mainly for his intense dedication and high quality products, and secondarily for his integrity and because when he makes mistakes, he does whatever it takes to make things right.

I'm biased because I am a prime target for the virus, but that is no excuse for being less gentle with you than a gentleman should be.  So I would just encourage you to be thankful that you were not among the 3000 who died alone today, and to either wait patiently and confidently for your soap, or to ask for a refund.  You are not wrong to be disappointed, but current events can help you put your disappointment in perspective.  And if you did not already know that Mohammad does not tick like a clock, you know it now, and there are plenty of fine soaps you can buy elsewhere.

Mo could have shipped the Kairos soaps as originally scheduled. They still would have been superb soaps. However, some of you who have a tendency to overload brushes would complain that the soaps were too soft, thus making the soap disappear more quickly than you desire. If the soaps had been shipped as scheduled, they would have cured fully by the time you received them or soon thereafter. However, Mo decided to hold the soaps a few days longer to insure they are cured fully so nobody will complain about the quality of the soaps.

I was one of the tester of the Karios product line during the development phase. Please be patient, the Kairos soaps are worth waiting for.

my only suggestion is to not even offer the soap for sale until it's ready to go, you should only need to pack and ship it.
it takes the same amount of time to get, we just aren't disappointed about not getting it at the time promised . small things make a difference , that said ...love the soap keep up the great work

Nail on the head really.
I've often wondered why a ship date is prematurely posted.

No worries though. It'll get to 'Italian barber' when it gets there. Smile
