That Bald Guy with the Big Beard
Bishop, CA
Stirling is far away my favorite alcohol splash, at the moment. I was gifted a bottle of Curveball and it blew me away from first use.

I also really like the Royall Lyme. Again...a gift, from the same person, that is just fantastic feeling.

Thanks for the recommendations everyone! I have some new things to try.

And incidentally Hobbyist, I used more B&M Reserve today and got a fantastic result. My face looks and feels smooth and soothed. Fantastic!

No worries- I just tracked the package and it looks like special delivery tomorrow!

This is going to be cool...

Good to hear. Did you use more this time? My face was still moisturized this morning even. I usually apply some balm or lotion in the morning but I didn't have to today.

Hobbyist Based on how it felt on the face (again, it's hard to tell with the bag-type sample containers), I used significantly more. I think I was under applying before, because this time my face feels more moisturized and my complexion is perfect hours after the shave. It could simply be that I wasn't applying enough and wasn't getting the benefits of the soothing/moisturizing ingredients.

It's a bit hard to ensure that it is properly mixed in those type containers too; I "squished" it back and forth a few times to give it some agitation but not completely sure it was effective to be honest.

Still very solid product!

@Kevin I accidentally mixed it by virtue of the fact that I had to attack the top with scissors in order to pry it open lol. The plastic slit wasn't quite enough to ensure a tear.

But yes, awesome product! I want this particular scent.

Also, I lightly wet my face before applying balms and splashes.

Do you have a particular reason for that? I always dry my face before applying a moisturizer or aftershave, but I've never really considered why.

I specifically messaged Will about this & he said that mixing it was unnecessary.
