Does anyone have a direct contact for Yates? I placed an order a month ago and I’ve reached out multiple times to get an update on my order. Have not received a single reply. Website shows 1-2 weeks and it has been exactly 31 days. Very disappointing to say the least.

I sent Yates two emails about something I want to order, over 15 days ago.  I got two Robo Replies, Jake never replied. 

Website wss down this am, think they are not not doing anything like they use to.

This is the second time I’ve run into this issue with them. Doesn’t take much to respond to an email.

Cancel the order if you don’t want to wait.  He’s working full time now and YPM is probably not as important.  

I like him but I won’t put up with that type of service.

Well think you hit nail on head, as I saw Jake has full-time job to take case of family, and now the Razor Business is on back burner.

Guy made rally nice Razor, I can report this as Razor Emporium had a few.  I looked at them said very very nice.

But that was why I emailed Yates, as I wanted to order.  My question was simple.  Asking time to build or was what I wanted IN STOCK.  No reply.

I would if I could but that would take someone responding to my emails. I am going to have to dispute the charger through my cc just to get their attention. Ridiculous.

If I was wait for something I paid for, expected, was promised, and got no reply to my email?.

I would dispute credit card charge.

They have a banner on their site stating that they’ve closed temporarily to catch up.
