Nice photos Alan.

It is good to see that some folks still put an effort into decorating for Christmas, yet still keep it tasteful.

When I was young, it seemed that nearly everyone decorated their houses elaborately. I even remember our neighborhood had a contest for the best decorated house. Over the years, it seems that people in general put less effort into decorating. Many houses have no decorations at all. Don't even get me started on the huge inflatables that seem to be more appropriate for a Macy's parade than a front yard. As I have aged and our daughter is 1000 miles away, I no longer have the energy to put lights on the gutters and fence rails. I no longer decorate a tree in the living room. However, I do still decorate the bushes in front of the house. The light helps dispel the gloom of the short days of December and January.

Merry Christmas to all. Peace be with you.

Thank you kindly I’ve been decorating years and always getting best Xmas deco goodies from Costco and other places to improve and give that authentic look how it should be with fancy led lights that’s can change different colors etc..

All my C9 LED Bulb light are also on top of the roof which I climb and put loot of effort to get it done and I do it out of the joy and for my kids as well!

I’ve realized this year where I live nobody decorates anymore but that doesn’t stop me or to follow to put less etc..I always will decorate for Xmas regardless it’s that festive time of season and joy to have Xmas spirit and it’s beautiful to look at!!

I have met also Chevy Chase this year in USA great guy hope they make another movie but I think nothing can’t beat original Xmas Vacation.

Happy Holidays & Mery Xmas to all the best in New 2024 that’s coming.

Fun! Looks great! We are a bit minimalist in decorations, being the “dark” house on the block this time of year. But I do enjoy other’s efforts.

Do be careful up on the roof. I have seen a few too many falls come through the hospital in my days there.
