I’ve been reading through this thread for years. I have only tried the 1.05 and thought it was very nice. Overall what seems to be the most popular small gap head? Not sure if there is a sweet spot that people tend to go for. I’m curious to try the .95.

For a while, 1.15 and 1.25 seemed to be the most commonly recommended. Lately, I feel like I am seeing more posts of people trying to lower blade gaps, .95 and lower.
Personally, I have tried the 1.15 OC, 1.25 SB, 1.35 SB and 1.45 SB, and the 1.35 is my sweet spot. I tend to find that larger blade gaps present a broader array of usable angles to suit the individual's needs, with blade exposure being a major contributing factor, whereas smaller blade gaps are more restrictive.

Hi guys!
Do you know the average time on the waitlist for a Titanium WR2 now?
Signed up on December 11.
About the gap election… I have now a SS 1.05 SB that I really enjoy. I have sensitive skin and medium beard that grows in different directions. The 1.05 shaves very good and I can shave daily with it.
Also enjoy a Rockwell 6S in R4 (and sometimes R5).
Don’t know if getting also the 1.05 in Ti, or maybe 1.15…

1.05 ti was my desert island razor until I started using straights exclusively.

Has anyone ordered a Wolfman in the new basic polished bronze? Please share some pictures if you have one. Thanks.

Yes. Extremely. I received my basic texture ti last month. There are extremely faint tooling lines that are noticeable if you really look close under the baseplate and top cap. Extremely faint. It all blends in about a foot away.
The basic texture is equal to or way better than any other mirror polish out there. One exception is probably Aji with H&S razors.

Do you prefer the shave of the titanium or stainless?

Titanium. Substantially more. But that’s my preference for all razors.
