Sorry, do any of you have a stainless steel Whr2 solid bar, 1.55 gap, with Darwin handle? Could you tell me the total weight and if it is comfortable? Thank you

hello tonsors, yesterday I received the WHR2, solid bar, with Darwin handle, really a little gem (also for the price!). I'll test it on Sunday and let you know if the 1.55 gap was the right choice, hopefully! I wanted to ask you if the rubber oring placed where the handle is tightened should always be applied to avoid scratching the base cup. Where can I find others like it? Thank you

I've sold off all my wolfman except for the bronze, that seems to be my favorite metal as far as weight.  I like the steel,  but love the color of the bronze.  Ti was just too light for me. The scalloped cap really adds to it imo.[Image: zsu2WL4.jpg][Image: vU8vfU2.jpg]

george1906 or anyone who has tried the WR3 in multiple metals: do you still favour the titanium over the bronze and copper WR3?

I've only sampled the bronze and steel and much prefer the bronze.

I have titanium, copper and antique bronze. I prefer the titanium and copper because they are both SB versions. The antique bronze is beautiful though!

Also anyone know what James does to antique hid bronze razors? I love the look, but the price increase is a big jump. Don't worry, no plans to antique the 1.35.

Just look it up on utube. LOTS of info ... with products on Amazon and other places. Also search for Metal Aging

I don’t think he uses a chemical treatment. Believe it’s torch treated.

If so, there are also utube videos regarding heat/torch processes or treatment.
