Monday, I fell flat on my face. I ended up breaking my left elbow. Which is making life interesting because I'm left handed. Today I will attempt to shve right handed.

I'm fairly ambidextrous as are most left handers are. Will update.

Very sorry to hear of the accident sinistral and wish you a speedy recovery.

My wife broke her elbow long ago playing indoor volleyball and it was a slow process with plenty of rehab- take it easy and good luck going righty!

Yuk! Sorry to hear that! Leftys do seem quite ambidextrous, you're in a much better place than if I had to shave left handed!

Heal swiftly!

Brad, all good wishes for as speedy a recovery as possible. Between shaving and fountain pen writing, all I can say is, what a bummer. Sad

All the best with your recovery! Take it easy and good luck with the shaves and everything else.

Whenever I go to shave, I assume there’s someone else on the planet shaving, so I say “I’m gonna go shave, too.”

Get well soon and good luck with the off hand shave. I had shoulder surgery a number of years ago on my right shoulder and had to wear a sling for a month with no use of the arm at all to allow tendon sutured to bone to knit properly. I grew a beard.Big Grin

Thanks for the well wishes. The elbow is fractured, the concern about possibly the tricep is torn. Had a MRI Thursday, Tuesday to see the Dr for the course of action.

Shaving right handed was a disaster, for now I will have beard.

Holy mackerel , its amazing the damage we can inflict upon ourselves through a momentary lapse in focus! I sure hope you get the best treatment and have a speedy recovery. Smart move on the beard thing. Other things that are challenging doing one handed with the off hand - flossing your teeth, doing up buttons, toilet, cracking an egg. I found an ingenious one handed egg cracking device that actually works really well, it even has a yolk separator. Yeah I've never mastered the diner cook one handed egg crack Smile
