Got my nightcap in and tried it out yesterday. Love love love the scent. Wish it was 50% to 100% stronger but man does it stick around for quite some time. Excellent shave as always with the new base.

Does the alcohol free Aftershave Toner contain any astringents or other ingredients to lower the pH of the skin like typical toners do?

Yes this is still on the cards. Earlier efforts - we had issues in stability of the cream in testing.  The new version is getting ready and should be ready for production by the end of the year.

I currently use unscented Thayers after I shave as well as every time I wash my face. This step seems to have helped my face in a lot of ways....I assume in part to some of the properties of the witch hazel. Is it ok to stack the WK unscented toner on top after the Thayers? I’m not under the impression this is a redundant step since the WK toner doesn’t have witch hazel in it. Is it best to apply the WK toner to a damp face? Any other tips? I appreciate it’s completely scentless profile and have been looking to incorporate HA as much as I can...Thanks Sri

You can layer the unscented toner on top of Thayers.  Applying the toner on a damp face will help the HA use the moisture on the face to provide long term hydration.  Applying on a moist face is especially useful during winter when the air is dry and humidity is low.  And wear sunscreeen. Taking care of our face does not end with shaving .

I do that too but add an extra step in with the GD post shave serum - hot rinse - cold rinse - pat dry - witch hazel - GD post shave serum - aftershave / toner / balm.  I let the serum soak in a bit before finishing.
