The two in Tortoise were from a Saturday/Sunday set and the other 5 were rather rough MK*31s that I had restored and rescaled in bone. Tomorrow I will shave with the last go these razors and move on to a second box of MK*31s that is a seven day set of Tortoise Shell MK*31s. I have other razors, but prefer this razor above most others.

Today I shaved with the 7th razor in this 7-day set of Tortoise scaled MK*31s. Tomorrow I move on to another set of razors.

Vintage Nelson & Duncan 5/8", square point.

This little guy was made by a company about 50 miles from where I grew up, thus I want to love it. The cutting edge of the blade is thicker than the German full hollow razors I have. In short, it isn't nearly as comfortable as they are. Having said that, I appreciate that I have to use a greater level of skill to get a close, comfortable shave.

That's interesting. I find the heavier grinds more comfortable. The thicker edge of a 1/4 hollow or near wedge is, to me, the most comfortable shave I can get.

That's why "YMMV" exists, I guess...

Well, I plan to keep after it. This blade seems to get sharper than the others. It could definitely change as my skill grows.
