What soap/cream did you use today?

Abbate Y La Mantia - Fufluns (hard soap)

This has been sitting unopened since summer and I'm glad I finally took it out for a spin. Fantastic, easy shave and a scent I could use repeatedly without tiring. Winner.

Look at that big black beauty. Saffron? No idea what that puck could smell like Neroli. Tell us more por favor.

Dulci Tobacco Cream (Wholly Kaw) sweet tobacco
Shave 4 ・ 84 g left ・ $2.50 / shave

Wholly Kaw describes this cream as having notes of tobacco, vanilla, nutmeg, cacao, tonka bean, plum, sandalwood, and cashmeran – and you can smell them all. It’s a lovely tobacco scent that I’m excited to use each morning. However, I’m still working on perfecting my shave with it. The cushion is thinner than what I’ve been using recently. It rinses off my palm easily, a sign that I’ll need to be careful with the razor. For now, one pass with the grain gives me a decent shave.

TC, all their soaps have saffron in them... They have a saffron farm and wanted another way to use it, so they started making soaps and threw it in them.
As far as scent, it's kinda hard to describe, but it's kinda familiar. It's a bit grape-y. But not like a popsicle/candy. Just mildly sweet. Kinda creamy... Like a high-end face cream or something.
(Not sure how much of this is just the power of suggestion from the label!)
I think Bouki may be able to chime in, if I recall correctly.

It smells like grape peels to me. And grape vines. I get a lot of green and sweet fruit and some florals. I like it.

As much as love the scent, the creme is a bit light. Understand Dulci Tobacco also available in Siero base and bet that is amazing!

Irrespective, it yet my favourite tobacco scented soap
