That's sad. I like were it was as far as firmness. Seemed perfect. Not sure why every version needs to be tweaked more by most Artisans. I prefer someone getting it where it needs and leaving it alone. Perhaps makers today can't maintain consistency like ones did in the past. Just my opinion of course but I find it frustrating....

Well said Dave! Personally, I'm a bigger fan of V3 than V4.
