Vétyver v. (Martin de Candre) rubbery vetiver

Load your brush with Vétyver for a full minute and then marvel at the high gloss lather it makes. Dense as tallow, it still offers nice glide and sufficient cushion for a fine shave. If the weather’s dry, don’t spare a dot of balm or a good splash of aftershave. MdC doesn’t offer much in the way of emollients, waxes, or fats. It finishes more clean than juicy. This morning as I lathered I thought I caught a good whiff of grassy vetiver. Up till now rubbery grapefruit has been the dominant note.
