Lovely shave Ethan, and welcome to the forum.  How is the shave with the Alpha Spirit?  (My finger is itching to pull the trigger on one since reading GlazedBoker's review.)

When Alpha Spirit started pre-ordering, I asked which razor blade they recommended and was told Feather Pro, so I used that blade.
The external design of the head resembles RR Hwak, and the cap reminds me of a mongoose. I was also impressed by the hollow bottom of the handle.

To put it simply, it was a comfortable shave. Compared to the Alpha Claymore, it had similar aggression and was lighter and easier to use. I was also satisfied with the head's role as a shaving guide. If I had to buy one of the two, I would choose Spirit.
