One soap in particular came to mind from Andrew’s question, and that is Stirling Soap Company’s Cocoa Forest. (Although I do find that it’s perfectly usable during warm months, as well.)
Some others: Beaver WoodWright Captain’s Pipe, Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements Cavendish, Sapone Di Paolo Cremoso. These, too, are fine year-round, but do possess certain qualities that perhaps make them best suited for cool times. (Interestingly, though, I seem to be going mostly on scent here, as none of those three are tallow soaps.)

Whenever I go to shave, I assume there’s someone else on the planet shaving, so I say “I’m gonna go shave, too.”

I normally use any soap in any season...based on my mood that morning and what catches my eye when i am deciding.
But a few that I use more in the Fall and Winter are:
Stirling Gatlinburg
Stirling Autumn Glory
Lebelle Soaps Tobac Vanille
Barrister & Mann Latha Taiga
Soap Smooth Rose Cocoa
Thing is, it's technically "Fall" here...but it is going to be 89 degrees today. lol

I've got Soap Commander Courage in my fall rotation as well. Not sure why it works but it does for me this time of year.
Caties bubbles quatre cent vingt and spanish holiday, martin de candre fougere, mitchells wool fat, stirling barbershop and ozark mountain, dr. Jons anne bonny bay rum, barrister and mann hallows.
Go with top soaps that moisturize to counteract the cold, drying air. MWF is actually one of the best.
Tradition has fall scents as more sweet and/or fun items...like pumpkin, apple cider, cranberry, autumn leaves, etc.
Winter is more for spice and outdoorsy scents...like pine, leather, fir, bay rum, etc.
